Fairbanks International Donates $2050 to the Eustis-Farnam FFA
Fairbanks International Donates to Local Area FFA Chapters
Lexington, NE December 18, 2008 √ Fairbanks International
in central Nebraska has donated 550 hours (approximately $15,000) of
use on a CaseIH Puma tractor. Five of their six locations each
donated 1 month≠s use or 110 hours to be auctioned off at their
dealership. One hundred percent of the proceeds were donated back
to their local area FFA Chapters.
At the Lexington Store, the Puma tractor was auctioned off and the
winning bidder of the 110 hours of use was Kurt Kugler of Elwood,
Nebraska. The winning bidder also had the opportunity to decide
how he would like to divide the proceeds with up 50% going to the FFA
Chapter of his choice with the remainder to be divided equally
among the remaining chapters in our trade area.
Eustis-Farnam was the fortunate recipient of the proceeds at the 50%
level while Lexington, Gothenburg, and Sumner-Eddyville-Miller will
split the remaining proceeds of the auction.
Fairbanks International has been providing CaseIH and New Holland
parts, service, and farm equipment machinery sales to farmers of
Central Nebraska for more than 55 years. They currently have 6
locations located in Hastings, Grand Island, Holdrege, Kearney, North
Platte, and Lexington and employ approximately 180 employees.
